Banana Fomo 5.5%

BANANA FOMO a delicious classy Weiss beer that is balanced and smooth with just the right amount of flavour. Coming in at 5.5% the beer is on a bed of 70% wheat and was fermented using Banana Split yeast which kicks out a lot of banana esters when fermented at higher temperatures. This isn’t some super thick frozé but with 75kg of banana purée added there is a great full mouthfeel with a nod to classic flavours of hefeweizens!
