Our second Thiolised beer has been AMPED up this time with PHANTASM, otherwise identified as crushed Sauvignon blanc skins. Since Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most aromatic white wines and is recognised for having a high concentration of thiol precursors, we are finally receiving this magic dust after being on a two-year waiting list!

What else sets this beer apart? With a line-up that includes Idaho 7, Mosaic, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra Cryo, we employed a cascade mash hop in conjunction with Hop Unlock Yeast from WHC and DDH hopping. As usual, a centrifuge is used to polish the finished beer giving Thiol Dust a top quality feel.

Yes, this is unique and stacked with flavour. I think a fair way to define it is that there are two beers merging together here, one tropical, juicy big NEIPA hitter and one delicate NEIPA below with multiple layers of wine, sherbet, and lemon. The beer finishes on a grapefruit pithy bitterness that melts away.
